Tuition for two full 8 hour days, Feb 21-22 and the Saturday even session with Dr. Glassman, "Introduction to Sleep Dentistry" and a Sunday morning, Feb 23, hands-on session with Dr. Boyd fabrication NTI's and SnoreHook Splints.
